The Abyss is an adult visual novel made with Ren'Py by Black Pearl Game. You play a female protagonist whose story starts during a simple holiday with some friends, when her destiny leads her to encounter an abyss. The game uses 3D CG artwork and visual novel presentation, and it also presents mature themes including corruption, female domination, and lesbian relationships.
The current build is version v0.1.5, released on October 15, 2025. It is available for Windows, Linux, and Mac, with English and Italian language support. The game is uncensored. This update completes Day 4 and adds about 250 renders. The update list shows continued development, with earlier builds adding roughly 270 renders, sounds, text corrections, and new character appearances.
