About The Hollow Hunt
The Hollow Hunt is a gothic medieval horror adventure made by TheHollowHunt in RPG Maker, with 2D CG artwork. It is set in Vellmoor, a poor village at the edge of the Black Forest under the harsh rule of Baron Ostric. Young women are vanishing, while a lantern-bearing killer moves through the woods. You play Teodric, a fearful former clerk haunted by his past, alongside his wife Liva, a brave forester’s daughter who is sharp with a sword. The Baron sends them into the forest with Lucan, the village’s best swordsman and a man whose friendly mask slips when Teodric is not looking. Battles use cards in a turn-based structure.
The current build is the v1.0 initial release, not a demo, dated October 29, 2026. It is available on Windows, with English, Turkish, Russian, French, Spanish, Japanese, and Portuguese language options. The content is uncensored. The changelog lists only the launch of this version.

Vellmoor is a poor village on the edge of the Black Forest, ruled by the cold and harsh Baron Ostric. Young women are disappearing, and a killer with a lantern walks the woods at night. Teodric is a former clerk, a fearful man haunted by his past. His wife Liva is the opposite: a forester's daughter, brave, sharp with a sword, and the most beautiful woman in the village. Every man in Vellmoor has his eyes on her, and many don't hide it. When the Baron sends them to hunt the killer, he gives them a third companion: Lucan, the best sword in the village and its worst character. In front of Teodric he plays the loyal friend. The moment Teodric looks away, the mask comes off. Dark medieval mystery and horror, with a card-based battle system.
