About Threads of Reality

Threads of Reality is an adult HTML game by LunAttic Games. You play a male protagonist who has lived abroad for twenty years and is suddenly told to return home. Back in his hometown, he finds that parallel realities exist and that life has changed in ways he did not expect. The story is told through animated RPG scenes as you explore the available locations. The game’s world is built around several nations, each with distinct cultures, geography, history, and religion, though only one town and a few places are included in the current build.

The current build is v0.0.3, released January 27, 2023, with a March 10 changelog. Development is ongoing. It runs on Windows, Android, Mac, and Linux in English, and is uncensored. The update fixed office event triggers, restored item checks for pool actions, corrected quest availability markers and stats display, and changed internal quest handling, which may break saves during an active quest. It also revised the UI layout to show backgrounds more clearly and added a Quest Log.

Developer's description

In a universe where most people are unaware of the existence of parallel realities, the main character is abruptly told to return home after living abroad for 20 years. Upon returning to his hometown, he discovers that things have changed and the world isn't exactly as he thought it would be. Currently, the game only includes one town with a few locations. However, the game universe contains several nations, each with its own culture, geography, history, and religion, including a variety of references. As more content is added to the game, players will be introduced to these different aspects of the world.

Add Player Stats to the menu. Note: This can be toggled using the menu button on the lower left corner. Remove SugarCube UI Bar. Note: The backward and forward buttons are now located in the lower part of the screen, along with the menu to toggle SugarCube's Saves/Settings/Restart menu and Player Stats. Settings can also be accessed from the phone's Settings app.
