ToxiCity is an adult Ren'Py visual novel by ILSProductions, built with animated 3D CG visuals. You play John, a male protagonist working in a town during its off-season. Strange fog appears around his office, cellphone service and phone lines fail, and outside contact is lost. When John and his coworker Kallie investigate, the fog burns exposed skin and makes them sick. They are stranded and must discover what is going on and how rescue may come. The story blends horror and romance.
The current build is version 0.22.0, dated September 17, 2026, and development remains ongoing. It runs on Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android in English, with no censorship. The latest update adds Chapter Twenty-two, corrects typos and grammar, and adjusts audio coding so kiss sounds use the voice channel.

It rolled in slowly. In a town in its off-season, no one noticed when the city streets grew empty. No one thought twice about it when people called in sick. And then, while at work, John and his coworker, Kallie, witness an unusual fog surrounding their office. Cellphone service stopped. Phone lines went dead. Almost immediately, they lost contact with the outside world. When they went out to investigate, the fog burned their exposed skin and made them sick. Stranded, they have to find out what’s happening and how they might be rescued.
