It rolled in slowly. In a town in its off-season, no one noticed when the city streets grew empty. No one thought twice about it when people called in sick. And then, while at work, John and his coworker, Kallie, witness an unusual fog surrounding their office. Cellphone service stopped. Phone lines went dead. Almost immediately, they lost contact with the outside world. When they went out to investigate, the fog burned their exposed skin and made them sick. Stranded, they have to find out what’s happening and how they might be rescued.

The game itself is very cool, and there is a lot of choice in the game, and the game has a special touch. The characters are very beautiful and pleasant, and each character has its own personality and character. The game has a very atmospheric feel, and the text is easy to read. I wish the author the best of luck with the game.

This is a very engaging and well told story. It has lots of tension, it has a repeated theme from before with a different flavour but I don't really care because it's still really engaging. I like all of the characters, they're all meaningful, have depth and feel like real life people I'd actually care about. The only thing stopping this from being 5 stars is the models could use a little work, I do mean a little, they're mostly good but a few tweaks would help. And the animations are average, nothing special, generic HS animations, nothing custom or that feels exceptional. Perhaps I've been spoiled with some of the better animators works like that one game which be really popular. Either way, I play this every time there's an update, I highly recommend it and if I was able to, if I actually had any throwaway cash at all, I'd be a supporter as the story alone is worth it.

Sadly this game embodies mediocrity. The cast is comprised of the most boring people in existence. The characters do have depth and are written to be complex, sadly every layer of their complexity is boring. We have a bunch of corporate drones taking 3 days to realize they're in the fucking apocalypse. Realistic, but grating and boring. Imagine if the mist in Silent Hill was corrosive, but in the same way Kryptonite affects Superman: completely inconsistently. Some light jog to a car makes you feel like your skin is flaking off from chemicdal burns, but putting on a coat, sunglasses and a fuckin N95 mask protects you? But it's strong enough to render cars inoperable. It's just very poorly thought out. The sex scenes are boring, 2-3 basic honeyselect poses. The most attractive girl is the annoying bipolar college student, and she only scores 1 point above 5 because her tits are bigger. Everyone else is a 5 with no discerning physical characteristics. Everyone is either unlikable, a liability, or both and you are forced to not call them out on it and keep kissing their ass or miss out on sex scenes. The effects of your choices or even what you're going to say are poorly conveyed, because out of some misguided grab for immersion you have to alt-tab out to a guide to know if you've locked yourself out of a route or not. You think you're too good to show us the point system? Then put some facial expressions that react to our responses! Everythingis just halfway-designed or not given enough thought, not the world, not the stakes, not the H-scenes. That all being said, nothing about the game is BAD. I can't recommend it, but if something grabs your attention, don't let my review dissuade you, you might find enough to like.

Great story and great characters. Each character has a strong and well-defined personality making the situations always full of conflict and drama. The one criticism is that the sex is a bit on the vanilla side, but it's not enough to take it to 4 stars imo.

Premise is interesting. Writing is ... a mixed bag. The horror scenes are tense and done well. The author does a good job of building and holding tension. However ... Characters have a tendency to wax philosophical constantly and at the most inappropriate times. Like pre-coitus. Instead of getting busy like normal human beings, they stop and start giving a dissertation on power dynamics in a relationship and healthy expectations in said relationships. That lasts ten plus minutes as they're stripping off their clothes at a glacial pace. Seriously? Literally NO ONE does this. Way to kill the mood there, chatty Cathy. Even outside of the sex scenes, the characters are absurdly verbose. There's a character, Shelley, who is deliberately written to be overly talkative, yet I had trouble distinguishing her from the rest of the cast. Everyone blathers on constantly, discussing their feelings and expounding upon them with careful explanations for the audience's sake, apparently assuming that we're blithering idiots. Another observation is with the character Laura. The MC keeps talking about how "strong" she is, and yet we see the exact opposite. She probably has the WORST mental fortitude of all of them. She's impulsive, unstable, and a danger not only to herself, but the entire group as well. It's apparent that this was the case even prior to the survival situation they find themselves in. While there's nothing wrong with depicting a character going through such a mental breakdown, please stop attempting to gaslight the reader into thinking she's "strong". Kallie has more mental fortitude than she does. She might lack Laura's skillset, but she also isn't endangering everyone else with her foibles and insecurities. In other words, show, don't tell. TL;DR: Tighten up the dialogue. Show, don't tell. Brevity is the soul of wit. And stop insulting the intelligence of the audience. P.S. For the love of God, please stop having the MC constantly ask permission to advance to the next stage of the lovemaking process. "Are you OK with this? "Are you SURE you're OK with this?" "Want to talk about it for several minutes before committing?" I know you were trying to depict him as a nice and caring guy, but it comes off as weak and pathetic. Bit of advice here: do this in real life only if you want a girl's legs to snap shut REAL fast. The girl is naked and obviously ready. Shut up and do the deed, dummy. Quit talking her to death.

v 0.14.0 - How could you do this to me. How could you make such a cliffhanger? I'm so emotionally invested it's incredible. I'm someone who holds the 'skip' button in VNs to get to the good stuff. Not this game. I don't what it was, but I didn't skip a damn thing. I read every line, every word, and I'm loving it. This is really an art piece in story telling, with fleshed out, real characters in an environment that constantly raises questions for the readers and characters. Love it, love what's been created here <3 For horny readers - this isn't a 'boobs in your face' sort of VN, it's one that stimulates a heartgasm, but that takes time to build and develop. Sex isn't the focus here, though it does happen in lovely animated scenes.

Hell yes. When i first ran this game up i looked immediately to see how many scenes were available and my mouth was agape. Theres so much content and all of it is high quality. The story is just *chefs kiss* keeps you on your toes and the atmosphere is absolutely stellar. If you're considering trying it, just wait until the plot kicks off, I know the beginning is slow and benign but once things kickoff you won't be disappointed.

5/5 Hell yes. This AVN had me cheering to myself as each chapter ended and a new one started. I was surprised how much content it has. Starts out as a sensible slow burn, with a pretty out there apocalypse scenario. Each character handles the situation a little differently and it makes them feel human, especially as things progress and you learn back stories. I really like how not only do the LIs vary in personality but their complexion and figure also vary. The MC satisfies that male fantasy in a scenario like this as he's constantly doing anything and everything to survive and keep his group safe. MC isn't a cliche perv, peeking at the girls as they shower, when they're asleep, etc. The harem aspect is a believable factor within the daily hardships of their existence in the harsh scenario the characters find themselves in. My few complaints would only be the sex scenes themselves. The voices for the girls moaning/orgasming sounds like they're from those Japanese pornos where the girl's crying. It's not sexy IMO. The animations are basic HS2 animations, not too amazing but good enough, as I just enjoy the implications and feelings between the characters in the moment. I found it funny how every sex scene however, ends with the MC and LI orgasming simultaneously. Not really a complaint just seems like an unlikely occurrence. I wasn't the biggest fan of the devs previous two games but this right here is a gem and I'll likely find myself playing each new update from here on.

Another VN from dev who made Now and Then, and another post apocalyptic harem made masterfully. The interim domain wasn’t really me, mostly just because i never loved post-death narratives, but it was really well made. So, it’s a joy for me to see them return with something a little more akin to the first one with a new danger in the fog. Terms of cast, this is my favourite so far, and the writing is also just fantastic. While it isn’t finished yet, it already stands as one of the greatest apocalypse/survival/outbreak VNs, since at least so far it is not known how widespread the fog is, though the lack of military response could be a strong hint.

Review for the v0.14.0: Great Game! Probably with one of the more mature and realistic plots in the AVN space. The plot is also having a unique blend of genres from horror, mystery, post-apocalyptic, harem, and romance. It also includes some untouched themes in a typical AVN- PTSD, Depression, Abuse, etc. The great thing is it treats these themes as how it affects one realistically. The casts are small, but each of the characters have been created with layers of complexities in their personalities, its quite an experience to explore each of them. The MC specifically, is someone who I didn't think I would like so much while starting to play, a very grounded real MC. The stakes, the pace, the ambience, the sound all were used so brilliantly, not one moment will feel immersion-breaking. One notable con I found is at the end of the playthrough- although the choices so far from the beginning of the game was quite logical, it became convoluted in some of the last choices. I was aggressively pushing for one LI, even going as far as shutting down others, but I don't know how, I got another LI instead, I didn't in any single choice have tried to advance forward any scenes with that LI. I blocked harem for more of a romantic playthrough, but why I don't know having been so engrossed in the game, and then getting to see another one pushed felt very jarring and immersion breaking. Nonetheless, except for that downside I pretty much enjoyed the game, through and through. A slow burn, mature themed, realistic plot with real characters, its an instant recommendation. Kudos and best of luck to the dev!

The plot is a slice of life story about roaming around an empty city occasionally encountering monsters and girls to add to your harem. It's pretty boring and the writing is mediocre, it doesn't help that the amount of words per render is higher than usual and characters talk to each other in paragraphs. The only thing that stands out in this game are the sex scenes which are above average. They're plentiful and long, but it's more of a quantity over quality deal, they're full of sound effects on repeat which gets annoying fast and they're poorly integrated in the narrative. All in all they're just not good enough to balance out the mediocre story.

This one really stood out for me. Mixing adult content with survival horror isn’t easy, but it actually works here. The toxic gas mechanic adds real tension, you’re always feeling rushed, uneasy, and on edge, which fits the atmosphere perfectly. The game does a great job building stress and suspense instead of just relying on scenes. The environments feel dangerous, the pacing is solid, and it keeps you engaged the whole time. It’s not just about surviving physically, but mentally too. I’ve played the developer’s other game Now and Then, and you can clearly see the improvement and consistency in storytelling and design.

Good Story If you are looking for a game with a good story in a post-apocalyptic theme, look no further. Developer knows what he is doing without burdening you with heavy world-building. You experience everything along with the characters, each twist of mystery offering just enough intrigue to keep you hooked. The start of the game feels boring, but later the story starts get eventful. One of the key aspects of the game is smooth writing (most of the time). You get a feeling of reading an interesting novel. And game doesn't burden you with world building. So each portion of information is feeling valuable. Another thing to notice is that there isn't much "weird" stuff in this game. It uses a more classic approach like "Mist" by Stephen King. There is no horde of zombies or a crazy gunfight with explosions. Characters at first seem too simple, but you really start liking them later on. There are a lot of sex scenes and they are well done. 5/5 really solid adult story.

Yet another fantastic horror AVN from the makers of Now & Then, ToxiCity feels like its spiritual successor Rather than a nationwide/global crisis, the scope of ToxiCity's pandemic is seemingly limited to a single city, blocked off from the outside world by a mysterious fog. The stakes seem higher, nevertheless, as even breathing in the substance seems to spell death, or worse. Not to mention the creatures dwelling within it... Along with a great storyline, we meet another set of interesting character along the way, each well fleshed-out in dealing with their own demons, both relating to their personal lives and the current crisis they're forced to live through. As with Now & Then, everything about ToxiCity is gripping and immersive. The characters are likeable, you feel the dread whenever they're forced to step outside or relocate, and the fact that nobody seems to know what's caused the mist is terrifying. The introduction of the creatures in the background, such as the Witches, make for excellent gameplay

Now & Then was genuinely a masterpiece and left a strong impression on me. The Interim Domain did not hit as hard, but TOXICity completely pulled me back in. I have always loved apocalyptic or zombie themed stories, and this one really hooked me. You can see the growth and experimentation in each project. Wishing ILSProduction the best, and I am honestly hoping the next release becomes another masterpiece.

I loved this developer’s first game and couldn’t get into his second one as I didn’t really like the mystical aspect of it but I love this one. I really enjoy the survivalist element of both. The developer clearly writes well and releases monthly updates that are pretty long for only a month of development time. The love interests are attractive and I appreciated the variety of enemies that emerge from the fog. I am looking forward to more updates and I think I’ll always follow this developer’s AVNs from now on as all three are clearly quality even if I couldn’t quite get into the second.

This is a decent read, that's really well written and seems a much more realistic take on a zombie story, even if it's pretty depressing. It confirms the view that you really don't want to survive in any of these end of the world nuclear war / zombie scenarios where starvation, illness, lack of medicines, fear, loneliness, madness, depression and suicide are much more likely, than everyone killing each other in the ridiculous Walking Dead style. It's slow burn and none of the LI's looks that great. There are scenes but if that's your main focus take a hard pass on this one, it's all about the story. Gripping but it can be a tough read at times.
pr0n_account69 2025-11-17
torn between 4 & 5 purely due to somewhat stale sex scenes. if there's a game you actually read and don't just jack off to it should be this one. the characters & scenes are so well written and everything is built up to in a very real way - so when there is action the payoff is a lot greater.
Ummmh 2025-11-15
Good game. The writing is solid, the gals are decently hot (yet still realistically "everyday" gals, not strutting supermodels), the MC and the gals go through some really relatable sh1t, and the horror setting works well enough that even this reviewer, who generally actively dislikes horror/post-apocolyptic/zombie genre stuff, finds it effective. Specifically, the slow but terrifying threat posed to the girls the MC cares abt is so ever-looming, that when one gal goes on a little PTSD-and-self-hate-induced solo-stroll straight out into the predator-laden miasmic minefield, I was outright worried, and actively invested in the MC rushing out after her. The sex is quite sparse, early on, unless you pursue Laura. If you focus Kallie, it's a really, REALLY slow burn, but that is realistic, given her situation. I have not yet balanced out if one can get all sex scenes for all girls in one playthrough, but a look at the walkthrough makes me think it might not be possible, which adds replay but makes me a bit sad. The MC and gals do a LOT of talking on their shared predicament, and on their individual issues/traumas, and this feels quite real and engaging, with ONE very notable exception: they sometimes keep the patter going even during sex, which is a problem (this does decrease as the game goes on). It very often kills the scene momentum, and is also a sign the MC isn't actually all that great in the sack, despite seemingly being relatively well-endowed: if a girl can still form fully coherent sentences **while you are actively fvcking her**, you ain't doing your job right, buddy. All gals are natively actors, as few have never faked an orgasm (even those inner twitches might just be her skill at Kegels excercises, unless it is very obviously real spasms), and Oscar-worthy moaning and O-faces are common, so do not prove success, while a girl still able to hold a cogent conversation is a sure sign of abject failure. Again, this does get less egregious as the game progresses, as some sessions later on do markedly have the girls losing linguistic ability as they get hammered. All that said, TOXICity is a gripping tale that will eventually get you to some really good scenes, and where the girls always seem to happily and knowingly take it inside, but is not so rushed (aside from one gal who is actively looking to ride you almost immediately when you finally meet her) as to feel unearned and unrealistic. Gallery has no ingame clues for locked scenes, but the walkthrough has the breakdowns. All-round, a good game. Needs more sex to hit 5 stars, but it might be getting there.

Damn, for the first 3 chapters this was really feeling like Now and Then 2, that is a good thing and I was actually thinking it might have been an improvement as the renders are absolutely of higher quality than the devs other works, and the fog was a really interesting and high stakes survival situation. But the longer the game went on the worse it got. See what I liked about Now and Then was we had a survival horror situation with people acting and behaving like actual rational competent people for once. In Now and Then the Mc is extremely competent and intelligent with his decision making, and for company he has the worlds most competent daughter, and her decently useful best friend and mother. The girls behave smart, they are absolutely able to fight if necessary, and are willing to do what it takes to survive whether that means listing to the experienced MC or making there own calls when he isn't there. In this game we get the company of dumb, dumber, and Genuinely Retarded. I liked the lack of typical horror movie stupid characters in Now and Then but here we get the typical clichéd stupidity in droves. You are forced to watch bad decisions get made, and low and behold, bad thing happens. It feels like natural selection that they all die at this point. The least offensive of the 3 is Kallie as she at least has a certain awareness that she is useless as fuck and obeys the MCs orders knowing she is absolutely dependent on him to live. The other girls are "willful" (so tired of that word after this game) and so don't listen to you or really even discuss with you before charging off to try and die. I would have let them. Respectfully I would be trying to live thanks, I would love to help others survive even if they are dead weight (Kallie) but the second they became an active danger (Laura/Shelly) to myself and the others chance at survival I'm sorry but I'd be out. On to the MC, he isn't as competent as I would like ether but he is an average joe office worker I suppose, still he HAS duct tape and said that multiple times but nobody tapes the arms/neck of their shirts down to help keep out the gas? Seriously!? tape your mask to your face even with how poisonous it is. He hasn't thought of making any throwing weapons since you cant get close to the burned without taking damage? He even mentions wrapping there heads with trash bags and tape, but settles on baseball caps to protect from the gas? Its just wildly stupid decision making. Still he can fight and defiantly makes better choices than the rest of the group combined. Additionally. This is really more of a Soap Opera than a survival/horror the cast are seriously more worried about marital drama they have if the survive than actually, you know surviving. The game is so verbose with internal monologues and pointless frivolities and mental breakdowns and drama, they lose entire days to emotional discussions in what is one of the hardest to survive in situations I've ever seen. They all really should be dead. Its a waste of the setting really. I feel that is a shame because it is a rater inspired setting and I would have loved to see a clever, sly, and witty group try to get through this against all odds. But the characters even make the setting feel less believable just because of the fact that with the danger level presented they should be dead as all fuck. I will rescind this review and give it a 5 if they actually do all die in the ending though tbh because that would actually make this a pretty interesting piece on bad discission making and priorities under pressure. In summery what made Now and Then great so great that it was worth more than a porn game, was smart and practical characters surviving in a bad situation against all odds because they were smart and practical. This is bad because it is stupid and impractical people surviving in an even worse situation, because dumb luck and horror movie logic.
