About Violets Are Dead
D-R-69 made a brief erotic horror visual novel called Violets Are Dead, using Ren'Py and 3D CG art. You play a female protagonist who wakes one morning to a warning that she will die that day, and must try to escape fate while uncovering secrets in a school setting. The game blends choices, puzzles, multiple endings, and sandbox elements, with themes of horror, romance, and female domination. It presents psychological horror where choices matter and failure does not simply end the story.
The current build is v1.0, a released version dated August 15, 2025. It is available for Windows, Mac, Linux, and Android, and supports English and Spanish. The version is uncensored. The game uses a point-of-view perspective and has a mobile release.
