Ash and Velvet is a fully voiced dark fantasy adult VN about the slow, deliberate fall of a proud dark elf. Serith arrives at the human court cold, disciplined, and certain of her own superiority — sent by her house to turn men and dwarves against each other. But the court doesn't meet her on clean political ground. It watches her. Prices her. Learns exactly what her pride will let her endure. Every favor she needs costs a piece of her dignity. Every concession teaches the men around her what she'll tolerate next. She tells herself she's the one playing them. The court knows better. Trailer Spoiler Chapter 1 — The Guest — Serith's arrival on the surface and her first steps into human power. What begins as a political mission becomes a test of pride, reputation, and control, as the court learns how to watch her, corner her, and use her dignity against her. Chapter 2 — Paid in Kind — Serith is sent north, away from the court's controlled manners and into colder, rougher ground. An old border post becomes her first real weapon — but the more useful she becomes, the more the men around her start demanding a price. The pressure turns physical: unwanted touch, humiliation, coercive leverage, and the first moments where her body becomes part of the bargain. Chapter 3 — The Claim — the dwarves answer, and their claim lands on Lord Avel's table. Serith gets to pick which lever moves him: the lord himself, the prisoner Brennar, or Master Halwen's rooms. Three routes, three different prices, and the game remembers which one you pulled. By the end of the chapter, what Lord Avel wants from her is not a matter of hints anymore. The most explicit content so far, voiced and animated. Chapter 4 (in development) — deeper into the court, and consequences that reach further than her body. Coming first to early access supporters, then here. Fully voiced dialogue, animated inserts, choice-based tone shaping, reputation pressure, political manipulation, and a slow-burn corruption arc that keeps getting darker.

I can see how the writing isn't going to be for everyone (especially if you're just here to drop your pants) but i for one very much enjoyed it and the intrigue and diplomacy seemed above the usual "oh no, the elf kingom is invaded by the demonlord/orcs" the art is appreciable too and animations enjoyable.

Dialogue in this game is something else. As if dev tries to be witty and intelligent trying to create some dialogue that looks professional similar to Game of Thrones which by the way is very entertaining but this dialogue is kinda cringe it fails to do its intention. Otherwise, art looks beautiful, theres choices but dunno if they do/change anything maybe minor stuff that i noticed. Update: As i said, AI quality is pretty good, but the way scenes look could be better. The scenes you get playing are all minimised, like you look at them through windowed mode and not fullscreen, they also lack different angles and progression through sex, its mostly just 1 position so far and the POV's are very limited. If shes banging a fat person, like, i wanna see his full body his fat belly slapping her. I finished the update and it looks pretty interesting overall, would tune in for the next one, the game also seem to have 3 routes which is always great to have more branching decisions. Initially i thought this game is gonna have many races and more politics, but only 3 races i saw and politics are there but kinda basic. I'd give it 4 stars, i know it can improve to reach 5

Chapter 1 It's decent fairly good so far, you could cut a 1/3 of the text and useless banter back and forth out of and it wouldn't hurt anything, just move things along faster. Quick and easy summary: All of the particular races in this story seem to have a real hatred for each other, but the beginning basically starts with the elves preparing for an invasion from the dwarves. You play one of the elven commanders trusted soldiers, you're sent to request aid from the human leader "lord", whatever he is lol, problem is humans hate elves and don't even believe the dwarfs are real. So... several times you're given options on how you can approach and deal with the humans. You can be rude, you can be nuetral, and you can be nice. pretty simple. to sum it up... right now besides just some small dialog changes, no choice really has any effect on whats going on so far, pretty much just feels like a straight kinetic novel and pretty basic. Hopefully we will start to see some real branching of the story as it continues, but its still fairly good story and worth a read if you want to check it out.
