BonBon's is a point-and-click visual novel from Studio Mirage, built in Ren'Py with a 2D CG art style. You play as Andre, a late-teen man who has recently become homeless. After a job ad from his ex-girlfriend, he takes work guarding animatronic staff during the night in exchange for lodging and pay. The setup blends furry horror with a male protagonist, and the staff’s overly human behavior hints that something is wrong beneath the glitching animatronics.
The current build is v1.3 Part A, released on October 28, 2024, and the Part A label indicates ongoing development rather than a finished game. It runs on Windows, Linux, and Android, is in English, and is uncensored. The latest changelog adds more than 1,000 lines of dialogue, a customizable name that appears in the game, six new adult scenes including two explicit ones, and a revised intro.
Developer's description
You play as Andre, a recently homeless man in his late teen's down on his luck, but thanks to your ex-girlfriend you end up finding a job ad that gives you a place to sleep along with some good pay as long as you keep watch over the glitching animatronic staff at night. But this seems all too good to be true, and the staff, while friendly, seems a bit too human, is there something else at play here? Are these animatronics more than meets the eye?
