About Bride of a Dead God
An adult title called Bride of a Dead God combines choose-your-own-adventure choices with role-playing mechanics, created by Summoning Circle and built in HTML. The story begins in Etrantus during summer, at the annual debutante ball, where noble families present eligible daughters to secure advantageous marriages. This year, the royal heir and only child, Princess Isabella, is the featured debutante, and many hope to marry into the royal bloodline. Unseen by the guests, an ancient enemy has trapped the royals with world-shattering consequences, and the player may be the only one able to fight through hell and rescue the Bride of a Dead God.
The current build is v0.4.2, released on November 27, 2023, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows, Linux, and Mac, uses English, and is uncensored. The v0.4.2 changelog lists it as the latest release and notes bug fixes. Earlier updates added new content, while other releases focused on bug fixes, with v0.2.0 as the initial release.

Bride of a Dead God is an adult choose-your-own-adventure game with RPG elements. It’s summer in Etrantus and time for the annual debutante ball. The nation’s nobles present their most eligible daughters in order to arrange favourable matches, enhancing their wealth and power. This year is especially important though, the king’s only child and heir, Princess Isabella, is being presented at the ball. Everyone hopes to be the lucky suitor to marry into the royal bloodline and it doesn’t hurt that the princess is widely considered to be the most charming and beautiful lady in all the land. Spoiler Unbeknownst to those attending, the royals have incurred the wrath of an ancient enemy, one forgotten to all but the most powerful figures in the Cerulean Empire. Plotting for years, this enemy has laid a trap with world-shattering consequences and you may be the only person who's in a position to stop them. Can you fight your way through hell to rescue the Bride of a Dead God?
