Concubine

IMO, this has potential but still early days. The graphic load is too heavy even though I have a dedicated graphics card. It's borderline ridiculous how much resources this game uses even at Medium Graphic setting. And my computer is pretty powerful yet i still get a lot of rubberband motion which is annoying. The only thing that seemed to be jerking around most of the time was the MC. And there was nothing sexual about it! The art is very good in terms of looks and details. I can't say much about the narrative because it's too early to tell. I got the sense that the devs are perfectionists who want to create the ultimate 3d game sort of thing but who forget that almost 90% of users do not have top grade graphics cards / fast computers. Which means that I got the impression that they're not likely to see a return on their investment unless they charged an arm and a leg for it. In short, the concept is good, but the execution of the concept does not appear to be grounded in good business sense. ATM, I'm 50-50 about whether this game might be abandoned at some point on the current trajectory.

Rating is based on emotion right now. Hard to tell yet. I like the general concept. Simple, easy, hack & slash, old fashioned. It has some nudity and the character can look pretty cute. But this may need another year or two in the oven to be a good product. Right now, it's not enough. Sadly, it doesn't even convince me to subscribe to (and YES, I often do that for a few months!) But this needs more about it, to convince me. The general hack & slash and build a little base isn't taking me along. Nevertheless, had good fun for a few hours. Worth to download and try!
