About Damned Desires
Damned Desires is an adult adventure game by DuckHeal, made with Ren'Py and built around animated character art. You play Ethan Blackwood, a chain-smoking private investigator in the small North English town of Abbot's Hollow. Once a decorated detective, he now takes cases the police will not or cannot handle, after a single night exposed him to the supernatural underbelly of the world. The game mixes investigative exploration with combat, set in a horror story.
Version 0.2, released June 5, 2026, is an ongoing build for Windows, Linux, and Mac, with English text and no censorship. This update moves the narrative from the Prologue into Chapter I and adds Martha with animated scenes, plus Alice and a special body paint scene. It also gives enemies distinct movement and attack patterns, adds a combat tutorial, a town hub map, and an inventory system, along with many other changes.

Once a decorated detective, Ethan's life was shattered in a single night, exposing him to the horrifying truth of the world. Now, he operates in the margins, taking the cases that the police won't (or can't) touch.
