Deviant Brew is a Ren'Py adult simulation by HealthPotGames. You play the owner of a sexually oriented potion shop in a fantasy realm, serving clients while practicing transformative alchemy to enhance their intimate lives. The game uses animated AI CG and 2D CG visuals, with monster girl and exhibitionism themes. It also contains paywalled content.
The current build is Update 2, released September 4, 2026, and development is ongoing. It is available on Windows, Linux, Android, and Mac, in English, without censorship. Update 2 lists 433 total animations and 108 new animations. It adds the Bacca Collegii ingredient, described as College Cosplay. The gallery now supports filtering videos by ingredient and favorite potions, plus an autoplay toggle for the next video. Small UI and text tweaks are also included.
