About Falling Apart

Falling Apart is a Ren'Py visual novel by PixelEnd, presented as a point-and-click story with 3DCG artwork. It follows a male protagonist in a dystopian zombie apocalypse. You play an ordinary man whose ordinary evening after work collapses when he must retrieve his phone from a parking lot and sees a zombie attack next door. The game blends horror and adult themes.

Current build is Chapter 3, released September 4, 2026 for Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android. It is available in English with no censorship, and development is ongoing. This update closes the introductory part of Season 1 and leads toward Chapter 4. It introduces new important characters, adds more than 2,500 renders, additional sound effects, new music, and thousands of lines of code.

" Falling Apart " is a visual novel set in a zombie apocalypse. This introductory first chapter sets the stage for the chaos to come. Falling Apart drops you into the shoes of an ordinary man whose mundane evening spirals into chaos. After a grueling day at work, you return home to your apartment, only to realize you left your phone in your car down in the parking lot. What starts as a trivial errand becomes a fight for survival when you witness a zombie attack in the building next door..

Chapter 3 On the technical side, Chapter 3 brings over 2500 renders , more SFX, new music, thousands of lines of code, and a lot of other work happening behind the scenes. Story-wise, this is a very important chapter . It introduces new and very important characters who will have a major impact on the story moving forward. It also marks the end of this introductory part of Season 1 and opens the door to Chapter 4 , a chapter that will separate itself from this initial part of the season by quite a lot.
