Femtality X: Hero's End, made by Aerisetta in the Others engine, casts you as Claude, a renamable male protagonist trapped in a fantasy world where he is the only man and women mistake him for a legendary hero. They treat him as a servant, taking his levels to grow stronger. Survival requires submission. The world is populated by female characters. It plays as a story-focused sandbox action RPG with classic beat 'em up combat, mini-games, and 2D animated adult scenes. Female domination and combat shape the experience.

The current build is v0.2.1, released on January 10, 2025, with development ongoing. It runs on Windows and Android, is in English, and is uncensored. The latest update adds new Isabelle scenes, three nymph scene variations, combat tweaks, and bug fixes.

Developer's description

After a series of poor life choices, Claude (renamable MC) finds himself trapped in a world where he is the only MALE, and all the women believe him to be the once Legendary Hero. But instead of treating him like a revered savior, they reduce him to a lowly servant, mercilessly milking him for his levels to empower themselves. Embark on an action-packed, femdom-themed hentai beat 'em up sandbox adventure, where survival means embracing submission and navigating a world where the power dynamic is unmistakably reversed. FEMTALITY X: Hero's End is a story-focused, sandbox action RPG with a Male MC (after much request!).
