Hidden Affairs is an adult dating sim by HiddenAffairsDev, built in Ren'Py with animated 3DCG visuals. You play a male character in a school setting. The story begins with an ordinary evening that changes when a cyclist is struck. He declines assistance, leaves the scene, and dies the following day, though nobody speaks about the collision. The game follows choices and conversations as the player tries to learn whether the accident was coincidence or someone hiding the truth.
Development is ongoing in early access. The current build is v0.067 EA, dated May 30, 2026, for Windows, Linux, and Mac, in English, uncensored. The latest changelog adds two new in-game days and about an hour of story content, with new interactions, choices, dialogue, and relationship moments. It also mentions fixes and improvements to the overall experience, while relationships deepen and some become more complicated.

This update adds 2 brand new in-game days, which means roughly an extra hour of story content, new interactions, new choices, and plenty of opportunities to spend more time with your favorite characters.
