Luminary Protocol is an adult Isekai visual novel with a dark, unfolding narrative. You, along with others, are torn from your reality and thrown into Lumis—a dangerous, magic-filled copy of Earth ruled by enigmatic gods and demons. The story begins with familiar genre tropes but quickly descends into a desperate, life-or-death struggle. Expect a mature story featuring graphic violence, sex, nudity, adult themes, and substance use. As of 0.50 there are 6 detailed and extensive sex scenes in the game. There are also a number of of other sexually explicit or heated scenes and there is a lot of nudity. This is not intended to be a game where the MC does nothing and has people just throw themselves at him. Sex in this game is earned and intended to play out under realistic circumstances. This is a novel with a lot of sex, not a porn dispenser with a bit of story. Spoiler This is my first game, I have no development experience at all. I picked up renpy back In January 2025 and this is the result of much trial and error. Explore a Shifting World The world of Lumis is unstable. Chunks of other worlds are regularly transported there, merging with the landscape. This phenomenon, known as a 'Convergence,' brings new creatures, peoples, and technologies, offering unique locations to explore beyond the core world. Your Path Through the Story The game follows a linear main story, but your choices matter. Flavour Choices: Most decisions will change your immediate experience and perspective on events, rather than branching the main plot. Key Events: Rare, pivotal choices will have a significant and lasting impact on the story's outcome. Alignment System: Your actions will align you with Order, Chaos, or Balance. This will have some impact on how events play out and how characters respond to you. A Note on Development & AI This project would not exist without the use of AI tools for asset creation, as I don't have the budget to hire artists. This allows me, as an amateur solo developer with no experience making software, to pair my writing with the visuals needed to bring the world of Lumis to life. The Road Ahead: Now that the game has been out for 6 months, my goal is to continue to release a new chapter/update every 1-2 months. So far it has typically been 4-5 weeks per update. Each update has added about an hour of content. I intend to release updates as at least one fully complete “adventure” for one of the factions in the game, similar in size to what happens in Chapter 2. Alongside that, I hope to include some smaller scenes, where you get to spend down time or go on other adventures with specific characters. A note on Audio: DO NOT USE THE 'MUTE'FUNCTION IN SOUND SETTINGS. If you don't want sound then lower the volume, but if you use the mute function it will block animations that have native sound from playing at all.

v0.50 - v0.51 Heidi's first event. Emelia special event. Around 21,500 words of story. Around 2,500 lines of scripting. New feature - messaging system in notebook accessible from the main hub page after Emelia's new event. Only one set of messages in it currently. 70 sprites and static images of Heidi. 28 animations of Heidi, totalling about 15.5 minutes. 5 x sprites or images of Karina. 1 animation of Karina. 12 x sprites or images of the MC. 11 x sprites or images of Emelia. 5 x animated transitions. 15 x backgrounds. Corrected some continuity and spelling issues throughout the game. Edited the home hub background image so that the dagger on the table is the one Emelia gave the MC. Corrected some unforgivable sartorial mistakes with the MC's new suit, Vivian should be ashamed of herself. There are a few for his suit in this update that I didn't have time to edit out, but will get around to it... Updated the menu background showreels, replaced some animations, added some new ones and added in some featured in the game. v0.49c patch Fixed more issues with some of the other Academy Missions backgrounds breaking. v0.49b Fixed issues with some of the Academy Missions backgrounds breaking. v0.49 Reworked Zara's sprites and animations from the prologue and Chapter 1. Reworked Heidi's sprites and animations from the prologue and Chapter 1. Reworked a couple of Alice's new sprites in the prologue, as the facial structure was slightly off. Reworked, added to and replaced animations from Emelia's sex scenes in the 2nd Cartographer's Guild mission and her second character event. There's still a few more to replace, but the sex scenes are now more dynamic and longer in action. Reworked all the animations to reduce filesize, knocking about 1gb off the file size since 0.47 came out, despite all the extra sprites and animations that have gone in with this update. Fixed some spelling issues in the 0.48 content. Fixed a mission loop bug with Matsuyo's event. Fixed some formatting and spelling issues with some of the codex and character screen entries. v0.48 Added Lilly's 2nd event. Added Isabella's first event. Added a special event for Matsuyo. Added 4 new codex entries Added a trans/futa content toggle to the MC's character profile sheet as the codex entries contain the first content of this type. Adjusted the game start to include a question about whether trans/futa content should be enabled or disabled. Fixed the new, thicker bolded text outline not properly applying to speech. Adjusted the image quality of most of the game image assets. Adjusted the image quality of the intro movie assets. The adjustments have resulted in a reduction in filesize of around 300mb, despite all the new assets from this update going in. I have still to go through and do the same thing with all of the game animations to get the filesize down further. In terms of stats... it comes in at around 20,000 words. 17 x backgrounds 1 existing background reworked. 5 x sprites of Matsuyo. 2 x animations of Matsuyo 57 x sprites or images of Isabella 29 x animations of Isabella 12 x sprites or images of Alice 6 x animations of Lilly & Alice 28 x sprites or images of Lilly 17 x animations of Lilly (including one 4 minute long scene). v0.47b Fixed a bug that would cause Zara's first event to repeat, rather than to player her second event, preventing progress with the Zara plotline. v0.47 N/A v0.46 More spelling and grammar fixes. Fixed one of the images from chapter 2 where a captive's foot was around the wrong way (gotta love AI). Fixed an issue causing the greyed out (no content) version of the contract screen to not display. Improved some transitions from the early game to make them less jarring. Fixed some sprite issues related to the updates sprites for the MC in the prologue being a different size. v0.45 Added 3 x Zara mission debrief events. 2 x codex entries added for the neighbouring countries of Cantabria and Uchos. Adjusted the text to have thicker borders so that it is easier to read. A few spelling and grammar fixes. Tidied up a few jarring image transitions in older content. Added in 5 second fade-to-blacks at the end of each event, as a clearer indicator that the event is ending. Updated the hub screen so that if there is no content available, the contracts or character events buttons will be greyed out, rather than just not being there at all. In terms of stats, the 0.45 update adds: About 13,500 words of story & 1500 words of lore added to codex. About 1300 lines of scripting. 49 images of Zara. 23 x animations of Zara. 2 x images of Alice 2 x images of Sarah 2 x animations of Sarah. 6 x backgrounds. v0.42 Fixed a small piece of variable content that wasn't firing at the end of the academy event when reading the newspaper. It was only displaying the chaos variant, but your reaction to viewing the newspaper should vary depending on what choice you made during the fight in the alley. Fixed 2 images that weren't displaying the right versions. I had left in older versions of the assets and they were being displayed instead of the newer ones. Same image, just without some of the manual editing needed to make it consistent. Fixed a mis-named sound effect that wasn't playing. Various spelling fixes. v0.41 Improved codex screens. Added in codex entries for Astrum, Luminaria, Eldrigham, The Triumvirate and the geography of Lumis. Reworked the prologue by updating and replacing sprites in the early section: 11 x sprites of Alice 2 x animations of Alice 13 x sprites of Lilly 1 x animation of Lilly 6 x sprites of Sarah A few miscellaneous fixes to animations in 0.40 content. Further spelling and grammar error fixes. v0.40 Added in the first Academy Mission. Fixed a few miscellaneous minor bugs and spelling/grammar issues. 64 x sprites and static images of Alice. 34 x animations of Alice 58 x sprites and static images of Lyra 20 x animations of Lyra 5 x sprites of Zara 1 x animation of Zara 57 x sprites and static images of secondary characters. 79 x backgrounds, static scene images and items. 10 x background animations. 21500 words of story. about 2850 lines of scripting so far. v0.36 Converted all image assets to lossless webp format which has knocked about 2gb off the file size. Migrated all character information screens to new format. Re-wrote most character bios. Added in video galleries for the MC, Emelia and Alice - these are unlocked at the end of their respective events in this update. Tidied up some of the stat tracking logic. Checked all the score/maxscore logic to make sure it fires in the right order and at the right time. Finished overhauling the end of content segment - it will now take you to the hub screen, the info and patreon screen is now a link in the hub. v0.35 Added Alice's first event. Added Emelia's second event. Overhauled Vivian's scene in Chapter 1. Added a metaphysics codex entry. Updated the codex screen - clicking one option will now close any other open option and added a darkened background to the text box to make it easier to read. Rebuilt the end of content process so that it will open up the hub screen automatically. Hub screen has been changed so that if there are any character or mission events available, the icons will be slowly pulsing. If there aren't, the icons won't be there at all. Updated the stat change notifications to include a total score as well - this is still a little buggy because it now matters what order I scripted the update to the maxscore and actual score in at each choice. If I wrote for the game to update the maxscore after the actual score was updated, it won't reflect that in this notification. I will be going through all the choices and making sure they are in the right order over the next week. The stats are correct in the background. Migrated the MC's character profile screen to the new format. It will now show (your player name) Sinclair, rather than just "You". Added stat tracking to the player character screen. Fixed some bugs related to maxscore stat tracking - unfortunately now that the game has moved out of it's linear progression portion, I can't fix the incorrect max score stats on existing saves - sorry. I thought this would be a nice little feature that was easy to implement, but I have totally ballsed it up. It should ™ now all be correct on a new save. Fixed a bug in the prologue causing a soft crash. Fixed a few errant spelling and grammar mistakes. Fixed a bug with Saga's character and gallery screens not working as intended. Removed about 15-20 extra backgrounds that were never used to reduce file size. Added more animations that are used in the game to the menu screen background player. v0.3 Added the 2nd Cartographer's Guild mission. Fixed a crash related to skipping Isabella's romance content. Fixed the max score counter for aberrant gnosis, Emelia, Lilly and Sarah being too high. Added a correction in to make sure that the max score is set correctly for existing saves. Updated the character galleries - added in character sheets and galleries for Saga, Felsia, Xanthe and Kaisa. These will unlock once you complete the missions that you encounter them in game. I also adjusted the position of the buttons to access character sheets for non-romanceable characters to the bottom row. For these characters I created a new version of the character sheet, one that can I can easily update to add in lore and info, whereas previously the character sheets were all fixed images that I could not really update unless I edited and replaced the image. All the old characters are using the old format still, I intend to migrate them for 0.35. Added in an explanation of the alignment system to the codex screen. Fixed a few spelling and grammar errors. The update stats are: Approx 12500 words of story. Approx 2200 lines of scripting. 56 sprites, 1 fixed image and 42 animations (approx 11.5 minutes) of Emelia added. 10 sprites and 1 animation of the player (there are several fixed images that he is also shown in). 10 sprites and 3 fixed images of Kaisa. 8 sprites and 2 animations of Xanthe. 11 sprites, 14 fixed images and 4 animations of minor characters. 25 backgrounds and 4 animated backgrounds v0.28 All versions: Corrected an error introduced with the option to skip Isabella's sex scene in Chapter 1. Corrected a missing dialogue tag in one of the new scenes. Improved the transition flow in Emelia's camp scene in the first Cartographer's Guild mission. Mobile Version: I know I said I wasn't going to support the mobile version, but I took advantage of having it available to play through whilst I was away. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it all worked fine and looked really good on the small screen. So, whilst it isn't a main version, I did want to make some improvements. The first of which is to remove the text box background so you can see what is behind it. The mobile version is much harder to modify than the main version. I've been trying to get the side images to work in a way that doesn't blot out the text and to add a button that completely removes the onscreen UI (an equivalent to the 'h' key for the PC version). But it's proven surprisingly stubborn at resisting my efforts. I'll have another go at it, but for now it's just the removal of the textbox. v0.27 N/A v0.26 N/A v0.25 N/A v0.24 N/A v0.23 N/A v0.22 Corrected some spelling errors. Corrected some images not displaying in the galleries. v0.21 Re-worked the gallery as I didn't realise that the first time you went into the gallery, it fixed all the images forever. Should now dynamically update as you progress. Fixed a video not playing in one of the camp scenes. It turns out it was 6 new animations for Isabella, I had added two versions of the same scene and set it to the wrong version. Now plays the right video. Fixed a few spelling and name issues. v0.20 Enhanced the sex scene in chapter 1 with several animations. Added a linking section to explain what happened in the 2 month prior to the MC's graduation. Added the first mission for the Cartographers Guild. Overhauled the character galleries, allowing a greater variety of images to be shown and therefore a greater number. Added a system to patch old saves to make sure all the images are visible that should be. Bear in mind that these galleries will display the entire sprite and they weren't always intended to be shown in their entirety. So some may have mangled hands/feet etc. Spent some time working on the mission management system to better enhance it. Added systems to track maximum potential scores for each stat in the game. Added a general key information update popup (quest outcome, key decisions etc.) Fixed issues where the MC's default name was still in the script instead of the player chosen name. Added a system to customise relationships between key characters (needs a new save - sorry). Updated the display text to be on a completely transparent background. To keep it visible the font is now displayed as white with a black outline. All narration and spoken text uses the same font, the side images should be enough to indicate when it is speech over narration. Enhanced some of the original Chapter 2 content with a couple of additional animations. Some 0.2 stats: The story of the adventure is around 18-19000 words. There are several variations of key events so the amount each player will see on a single playthrough I would guess at being about 12-14,000. The update includes more than 3500 lines of scripting in renpy. 28 standard backgrounds and 8 animated backgrounds. 72 sprites and 25 animations of Emelia. 3 equipment item sprites and 3 illustrative images. 11 sprites of the MC. 1 animation focused on the MC. 1 sprite and 1 animation of Alice. 1 sprite and 1 animation of Ethan. 6 animations for Isabella. 1 sprite and 1 animation of Lilly. 1 sprite and 4 animations of Sarah. 1 animation not already accounted for above added to chapter 2's farmhouse scene. 23 sprites and 11 animations for new secondary characters or encounters. v0.1 Includes complete Prologue, Chapter 1 & Chapter 2 Setup of faction and character plot and mission management systems.

[v0.51] ⠀⠀Usage of AI generated imagery is rather crude and the result is often incredibly uncanny and even downright ugly especially in the animation department. Though you can see the dev is improving as the development goes on. ⠀⠀The writing is verbose and mediocre. Endless yapping, lore dumping and narration with little to no substance that puts you to sleep. I'm honestly bored out of my mind here. Ideally I should be looking forward to future chapters with excitement, yet instead I'm patiently scrolling through the script waiting for it to finally end. It's a shame because incest + isekai + fantasy are supposed to be right to my taste yet I'm not engaged . ⠀⠀There are a bunch of choices. I'm not coming back to check how impactful they all are, but What I can say is that you are able to reject every love interest and stay a virgin - for those who are interested in that kind of roleplay. Conclusion: probably just not for me, but it isn't worth it right now IMO. Does it have potential? Very vague "maybe" .

I want to say this is a good game. And I love how attractive the females are, even if they are AI generated, I don't mind at all. The writing isn't terrible, besides some obvious plot holes. However, this game can basically be summed up as: "Blah blah blah, Blah blah blah, Blah blah blah, Blah blah blah, Blah blah blah, Blah blah blah, Blah blah blah, Blah blah blah, Blah blah blah, Blah blah blah, OH! Finally a sex scene! And... it's not with the LI I want... Blah blah blah, Blah blah blah, Blah blah blah, Blah blah blah, Blah blah blah, Blah blah blah, Blah blah blah, Blah blah blah, Blah blah blah, Blah blah blah, Blah blah blah, Blah blah blah, Blah blah blah, Blah blah blah, Blah blah blah, Thanks for playing! " This game is a combat simulator with the CTRL key. Also, your choices don't actually matter, nothing changes, the story stays the same regardless. The Isekai premise and super powers isn't too bad either. But somehow your MC is just some chump with basically no powers that can only basically physically punch someone, even though the story sets him up as some awesome, powerful, extremely talented dude with immense potential. You can't cast fireball, you can't chain lightning the bandits, you can't cast charm to bang the hot women. You're basically useless in a world where everyone else has amazing magic. No thanks, I don't want to play Naruto in Naruto Season 1 filler episodes for 10 years until Naruto Shippuden happens. This MC can't even Rasengan SMH.

Story This is really one of the best world building fantasy VNs that I have seen. This might be subjective, but I didn't really get bored of any aspect of the story. Characters Females: Each one of them is unique and you don't see the overlapping of personalities that some games do by mistake. I also didn't have any moment that made me feel like this girl has gone out of her personality. Males: Although I could have forgotten other games, this is the first fantasy VN that has given importance to the male characters as much as the female characters, and I appreciate that a lot. It gives more depth to the story. Visuals The visuals are really great. The only thing I can criticise in them is due to the current limitations of AI, so I am not going to deduct a star because of that. Sound Sound effects: (like laughing and breathing... etc) I like them a lot actually. They help in the immersion in the story so much. Music: I will say the music is appreciated but not that great. This is also not worthy of deducting a star.

nice story, so far it's interesting, the girls look good and the MC is not totally stupid!I'm waiting for the next update. Not a fan fo AI renders but those are good enough, and the decorum is very nice

Interesting premise and lots of fun. Some of the character's images have morphed over time, but some really, really sexy LIs and scenes. Great writing and one of my faves. Sexy, sensual, and entertaining.

For readers wondering "Should I give this game a try?" IDK. I Read the prologue and chapter 1 wondering when does the game actually start? Is this just a visual novel? Unseen skip well into chapter 2 before anything GAME like actually happens. The art is a mix between good and uncanny valley. I liked most of the scenes and anytime something starts moving you need to wait till it stops moving to make sure you see everything. Premise was interesting Isekai esq. but couldn't get my add brain to ACTUALLY read with the mix of AI animation, still images and ... voice acting. I gave this an honest go but my ability to wait for the plot petered out after what felt like 2 hours but was 45 minutes. For me not worth.

Was a bit taken aback by the AI use on it, but given it´s a one man show i decided to try and i really liked this game alot. It can become a very good game given time to mature and develop, the story his engaging and the caracthers grow on you during gameplay

I am really enjoying this story. While I am not a huge supporter of AI-generated models, they nonetheless do look beautiful and sexy. The DEV has a unique story AFAIK, and carries it out faithfully. The use of magic is very well done--story-wise and graphic-wise. Although I am not very good with words and descriptions, I have rated this AVN five stars--EXCELLENT.

Interesting idea and the Dev certailny likes his AI artwork. Not fond of: Character appearances change multiple times during the same conversation. (Hair..skin tones..lighting) Can only change the mc's first name. While nice, it's not very personal or involving. Seems like forced li's. ( I think the prostitute madame is one?) (could be wrong) No choices..for example... Can't decide to spend time w family, can't decide to romance characters you want. You just automatically go through your paces each day for the most part. The scenes, while colorful are So Busy it's way too distracting and takes away from the characters. Mc goes in a business while the sky is dark, comes back out and the sky is light...happens multiple times...annoying Characters don't look at eachother when conversing. For a first try it's impressive. The busy ai artwork gave me a headache but at least this wasn't just the same old horny teenage schoolboy story. Seems to be gathering a good following. I wish the very best for the dev.

A fabulous way to spend an afternoon - really great original plot and a writer who can create decent characters and give them distinct personalities , The AI art is the best or among the best ive seen to date , the use of AI to create video transitions keeps the action moving and can be very compelling, Not many games use this as a way to move the plot along I wish more Devs would do this . The world our characters find themselves in is massive with tons of locations to explore - the game as it stands has maybe 6 hrs of gameplay but you only get a tiny portion of the world explored. The Dev could make this 100 episodes long but still only cover a fraction of the world, The UI is set up for many missions for different factions ,weve had 2 for one faction and one for another - so much more to tell , Love the game love the magic ,the points sytem and more importantly the LIs are super hot but not clones of other games they are pretty unique. Keep up the great work chap !

Review as of v0.46 Before I get into the ratings, I will provide bias info and reasoning. A LOT of people have issues with AI assets being used. While I would prefer to support humans, there are limitations. IF I decide to make a game, I would be in the same boat as the Dev here. Don't have funds for an artist. Have no artistic ability myself (besides story telling). Circumstances dictate the battlefield, so you have to use the tools at hand and do the best you can. This Dev does use AI, but you can tell that they push the tech as hard as they can. I really like what they've done with models, renders, animations and the sprites. Should I decide to make that game that I've got rolling around in my head, they'd be a standard I'd measure myself against. In short, I don't mind AI being used. Hell with the right mindset, it could be a positive. Now onto the critiques. Story 10/10 Engaging to say the least. You lose yourself in the world. Can you nitpick and find flaws...sure. The thing is that you would have to nitpick. There's no glaring issues, no plot holes, no confusion as to what possessed them to write something that way. The setting gets you nice and comfy, then BAM you find yourself having to readjust to new paradigms. Get a handle on that, some shit happens and you have to readjust again. Boredom doesn't happen to anyone who doesn't have the most severe ADHD case imaginable. The Dev's writing style is easy to grasp and flow with the story. Characters 9/10 Heh. I have to give a -1 point due to someone confiding into someone else that wouldn't confide in anyone, no matter the stress. The bitch I'm talking about is a machiavellian black widow using everyone she can sink her claws into without preamble nor empathy using them until they're dried husks. Should say something about how well the characters are written that I have such a vile hatred for one. Other than her in that one instance, no one breaks character. No one does stupid shit that they wouldn't normally do. The characters are well thought out and have distinctive personalities and quirks. Easily engaging and you quickly find yourself pulled towards your favorites and repulsed by the ones you dislike. Absolutely epic character building (for those that have had the limelight long enough to form said opinions). Gameplay/UI 8/10 Above average UI and gameplay. Variables being tracked all over the place leads me to believe that even small decisions will have an effect later. Still too early for them to come to fruition I think. As long as they get used, otherwise it jacks up my paranoia for no reason. UI is clean and efficient. No stumbling around a map trying to figure out what to do next. No second guessing whether you've completed everything before moving on with the main story. My favorite part? The codex and bios. Wanna learn more about the world, what something means, character's history? Look it up! Best part is there is an in game reason you have this info! The negative criticisms? Can't see past variable modifications. Did I get +1 or +2 rep with a faction on said mission. The modifications just flash in the upper right and if you miss them, you can see the totals, but not how you got there... Nitpicky, but glaring when you're trying to troubleshoot something. Just because I'm an info hound, I would love to see a mission overview available any time I choose. +1 to a character (balance). +2 to faction (order) +1 to a different character (chaos) +500 money kind of thing. Maybe a sentence or 2 for a synopsis of the mission so you can jog your memory. Lewd scenes 7/10 This is the drawback of the game. It is self admitted by the Dev that they're using subpar tools to create these. Resolution isn't great, hands passing through bodies, and just normal AI issues. What pulls this score up is the writing. If it was JUST visuals, it would be 5/10, but the writing is pretty far above par and makes the scenes worth it. This is NOT a game that you ignore the writing during the lewd scenes. If you do, you're doing yourself a disservice. Sound 7/10 It does what it is supposed to. It makes the game more immersive. The looping of sighs and moans could be timed better or just ran through once rather than looping are my only critiques. It happens enough that it doesn't get the high scores of the other criteria. I gave this game 5 stars for multiple reasons. The Dev welcomes critiques and open dialogue. They see it as engagement and have no problems with people dropping their opinions in the thread. They drop tidbits to clarify things without spoiling the future story. The Dev has open lines of communication. That can't be understated! The last reason is because I IMMENSELY enjoyed playing what I have. That can't be overlooked. Looking just at the criteria by itself doesn't tell the whole story. You have to look at the game as a whole. The bad part? I wish it was finished.

V0.42 Despite the CGI or CGA (images or art, but both are computer generated, NOT AI as that is just an unjustified oversell that makes the creators look better than they are) this is not bad visually. a few inconsistencies here and there and the usual weird goings on with hands during animations, but it is not the eyesore many have been and it is still improving. the developer has also been good at selecting which images to use and it shows. less distracting than almost all i have tried so thumbs up for that dev. the writing is untidy. considering the developers own words in the opening, the writing should be error free but isn't. found that hints at 'careless' given such an admission. it's a good plot and a pity it is only fairly well delivered. i am also a little disappointed this is tagged as a VN. this is like a visual novel if you say, read chapter 4 then read chapter 7 then switch to chapter 5 etc etc. oddly, no novel I have ever read is written that way. only game books do that and they are not novels anymore than a car manual is. i really do wish people knew what was what. amazing the sandbox games and point and clicks that get that tag, which is the same stupidity that leads to comments about games being 'pay to win' or calling a clever algorithm 'AI' despite the lack of qualifications. my personal annoyance aside, this is a good read. i might have gone another way design wise to keep the reader as absorbed as possible, but it works well enough. lots of nudity to look at so it has teasing down pat. didn't try all routes so not sure how much i missed but only two of three holes got plugged and nothing incestuous as no penetration with a family member, just nudity. another disappointing tag if that is what you also came here for.

I'm a pretty average adult game player who's been mostly sidelined since 'Holiday Island' was new. I've been checking out a bit of the new AI stuff recently, and most is pretty bad to say the least. This one's an exception. The characters are truly likeable, tucked into an entertaining story. Those characters are HOT, not limited to the same models used over and over in real porn, DAZ 3D. etc. The animations have forced me to slow down my gameplay - gotta watch each animation play in full before reading the dialogue! There are small issues with a few of the animations, mostly noticeable when grids are visible on the torso when magic effects illumunate them. Probably the best use of AI in anyrhing I've come across. Try it out. Seriously.

I enjoy this ANV. Pros: The story is good and original as far as I have seen. The LIs are mostly attractive and have their own personalities. The sifi / magic side of the story is not over welling but enough that it fits nicely. The story itself is mostly captivating and keeps me wanting more. Cons: The LIs models seems to change ever so slightly in some images and animations. Enough that in some cases I do not like the model in it. There is a ton of internal dialog and can get a bit wordy.

Review of v0.36 There is a tremendous amount of promise to Luminary Protocol already and I'm very much looking forward to playing more. In its current state, I would normally give 4 stars, but it did one rare thing so remarkably well that it earned that fifth star, but more on that in a bit. The writing itself is capable, there was the occasional typo or grammatical error, and a possible hint of slop (one cannot fail to see the word ministration in this day and age), but it served its purpose well and never distracted me from the story. The setting, story and characters are definitely the highlights of this game. I'm very interested in where this is going and every character interests me. The main character actually has character: he's likable, interesting and, most importantly, doesn't do stupid things to advance the plot, yet he feels like a real person. There's a hint of his potential power-wise, but it's still a subtle thing. I simultaneously approve of the slow advancement and the tantalizing promise of much greater capabilities to be found in the MC. The art assets are tricky to review. I've done enough work with genai to be impressed with the accomplishments while still frequently distracted by the limitations of locally generated NSFW art, particularly when animating. But if you accept those limitations, and focus on what you are reading, the art adds much. The SFW art is quite good and definitely adds to the experience. Most jarring is character inconsistency but that's just something we have to accept and you just have to choose to not let it bother you. The dev was clever enough to even have an in-universe explanation for it (glamours). So far the LI focus has definitely leaned towards more mature women (and that's done well and realistically), and there are some potential 18-25-yo LIs, I hope to see some LIs in the 25-35-yo middle ground as well. I was less fond of the "dark fantasy art", seeing a slideshow of a blend of sex and violence isn't my thing, but I appreciate the need to establish the perilous world into which the main character has been thrust. I simply stuck to the reading and accepted it for what it was. The remarkable thing, however, that earned that bonus star was something I think is truly special. He thrust a group of people who cared about each other into a dangerous, unknown situation. And each of them are capable individuals each with different strengths. This develops a wonderful us against the world dynamic that I absolutely adore. While I selfishly still kind of hope for the MC to be a step above, I never want the reliance between the five of them to end. They may let select others into their circle of trust, but it's clear that this must be done carefully. And, like the MC, they are all sensible. I like rational, hard-working main characters and these people are. Their love towards and dependence on each other is the story's greatest strength. Outside the game, I'm also impressed by the thoughtfulness and candor of the dev. They seem to know their capabilities, where they are inexperienced, some of their and their tool's limitations, and what sacrifices they need to make in some aspects of the development process to still produce good overall quality based on their strengths. I feel this shows maturity and a sense of focus that should aid in seeing the project completed.

Some lag between CG scenes, but overall a well thoughtout game, just enough tease to be interesting, Not sure the boob wobble coefficient is quite right, but who the hell cares! Interesting storyline, appears to be a few of this genre coming through now, though LP is the best of breed IMHO. I'm not really fussed by the occassional matrix style glitch, though understanding when a animated scene is coming up so I don't accidentaly skip before it's started playing would be great.

TLDR: more of a technical demo of what AI can do nowadays with vid creation, but not a very good game and even less a good adult game. I'll give this quite a hard rating because of the overuse of AI. The story is the only thing allegedly done by a human and even that feels like it lacks personnification. Most characters are bland and transparent. And the AI images doesn't help to give them an inch of tangibility. The story itself is a lazy isekai full of tropes, not much to say. Graphics are Ai generated, so expect empty eyes, the usual blurs and weird effects and A LOT of discrepencies from one scene to another. Plus point for the visual SFX, they are nicer than most games. Adult action is almost non existent and not very compelling.

this game has amazing potential. the modelslook well polished and you can see the dev improving while you play the game. the setting itself is interresting and story is well written. characters are all destinguishable in personaly and behavier and how they talk and act feels grounded. You can tell, for a nsfw vn there went a lot of care in the story itself. still eary on but if dev continues like that, this could become something very beautifull

Wow! I really enjoyed this. found myself torn between reading the text first or paying attention to the amazing animations. There were a few missteps, consistency of characters, some AI-specials - for instance the legs of the donkey and horses - that scene possibly didnt need the animation though... But in the end the story is fun, the girls are FINE... and the animations makes me remember those glory days of baywatch!
