Mergeware is a Ren'Py RPG by Royal Harem, built around 2D CG visuals and turn-based combat. You awaken in another world without memories, trapped in a body you do not recognize, remembering only that you were once human and may have died. As you gather allies to oppose the evil .Exe menace, you discover that you are one of them too, though a friendly one. Your key ability lets you fuse with companions, increasing power by merging into a single form, while persuading others to accept transformation.
Development is ongoing, with the current build as v1.1, released on March 1, 2026. It runs on Windows, Linux, and Mac, with English text and no censorship. The game blends humor with monster girl and transformation themes as you work to convince allies to let you transform their bodies and fight back together.

When you wake up in another world with no memories in a body you don't recognize at all, things are already appearing pretty bad for you. With your only memories being that you were once human and that you may or may not have met an untimely demise, you meet new allies to help you fight back against the evil .Exe menace! Unfortunately, you appear to be one as well, but at least you are a friendly one! With the power to fuse with your allies and boost your powers by becoming one, you just might stand a chance! Now to actually convince people into letting you take over and transform their body...
