About Miss Lizelle's Maid Cafe

Miss Lizelle's Maid Cafe is a 2D CG adult game by Ecilla, built with the Others engine. You play as Mallory, a woman who keeps arriving late and is pushed into the head maid role inside a busy cafe. The design mixes management tasks with combat, while the story focuses on whether she can handle rising pressure.

The current build is v0.5, released on March 26, 2024, and development is ongoing after the initial v0.4 launch. It runs on Windows, is written in English, and is uncensored. This update added Act 3, Relationship Points, Partner Skills, and more teacups, along with general fixes, enemy changes, and a HUD overhaul.
