About Neighbours
Neighbours is a Ren'Py visual novel by Helax. You play Shujin, a healthy teenager who moves with his father to a quiet town for business travel. As he settles into unfamiliar surroundings and a slower daily life, he becomes fascinated by the kind women living nearby. The game presents 2D AI-generated animated CGs and focuses on his growing curiosity, admiration, and infatuation as encounters draw him closer to them. Themes include cheating, corruption, and mind control.
The current build is v0.2, released April 20, 2025, with development continuing. It runs on Windows, Linux, and Mac in English and is uncensored. The v0.2 changelog updates a scene in the first chapter and removes sprite usage, following the v0.1 initial release. The latest update therefore emphasizes animated CG presentation.

Shujin is a bright, healthy teenager who has just moved to a quiet new town, following his father's needs to travel for business. As he adjusts to unfamiliar surroundings and a slower pace of life, he quickly finds himself captivated by his neighbors—graceful, kind, and strikingly beautiful women who each carry their own subtle charm. What starts as simple curiosity soon blossoms into a mix of admiration and infatuation. As Shujin settles into his new home, he finds himself drawn into a series of unexpected and heartwarming encounters, each one pulling him closer into the lives—and hearts—of those around him
