Access this path by Failing to pay rent without being Feminized already -Added in an event for when player is already feminized and fails Rent. -Added in mechanics for different pathing. Now there will be several main story paths that you can play. Doing some paths will lock you out of others. -Added in Bad Ending for failing to complete tasks while already in the "failed rent" path. Quality of Life updates -Added Toggle-able Settings Options to Progress text with clicking to reduce tedium with clicking through events. On by default, but can be turned off for players who liked old system. -Added Settings option to disable Non-Important events during the End Week events. Helps reduce how much clicking there is. Other Changes -Added in tasks mechanics for certain routes. -May be some things Ive added that Ive just forgotten about. Its been a while since the last update so cant remember everything that was added. v0.7.0 New Content -Added in the intro to the game. -Reworked the early events slightly to fit in with the new intro setting. Many more potions are planned for the future, but the basic ones are in the game. -Rent has been changed from a Money based rent to a Lust based rent. 1/5 - DNF; didn't get me off The sissy storyline is the only reason to play this game. You follow the in-game walkthrough to navigate the sandbox-lite and trigger the scenes one by one. No choice or fighting back. It's clear that this is the main focus of the developer because the rest of the game is underdeveloped crap. Although it's "heavily inspired" by Whoremaker , it seems Lazuli doesn't understand what makes Whoremaker fun. Whoremaker uses a simple management game as a vehicle to deliver the player scene after scene after scene of porn so that he can goon out into oblivion. Slut Manager , on the other hand, bogs you down with tedious matching minigames and rewards you with just a single scene a week. - Every slut has the same handful of scenes. Scenes variate based on gender, yes, but anyone can be modified with an item... that said, the gifs do differ by the slave's race - The corruption of the whores is awfully done, and it doesn't really seem to do anything. My girl slaves were getting fucked before I unlocked their vaginal training, my guy slaves didn't take anything even after I trained them orally and anally

This is a very broken, buggy, uh game? I honestly don't know if it is a game. I liked the mini-games I guess in it. But everything even all these years later is a place holder more or less. The whole thing looks worse then a HTML game thanks to all the flat black with gray or pink text over it. You have to use the mouse for everything and often double click and skip things. The story has something to it, even if it feels like stuff that would have been blamed on NG in 2005. There isn't much use in doing anything other then making fem potions and dosing your slaves. And even that stops mattering once you hit the feminization story arch. (Then it's just hit new week option, since nothing you do matters)

Loved the game, could use better UI than this. I love the game (and its convenient cheat menu, ofc) The UI could be better. The Potions can be listed on the girl/boy's respective info page for easier access. AI generated images can be used for making new shemale/sissy images. (love that content) This game has so much potential!

This game is both bafflingly complete and bafflingly incomplete. While the main feminization arc is almost complete, about 90% of the writing is just a vague outline with no pictures. The dev seemed to go the opposite way of fleshing out the entire tunnel of game 5% of the time in favor of drilling a long hole from front to end, then worrying about adding supports and such. It's a really really odd design choice. The update frequency for how little content gets added is absolutely horrendous. Seems like a patreon milker more than anything. Like, dudes got the game made. Completely. with outlines. Shit, I could probably fill out the entirety of the rest of the writing of this game in an afternoon.

I enjoyed the game, its pretty hot and fun. That being said there are parts of the game that are not very good like the lab stuff which is a waste of time in my opinion. Anyways, I wish the dev luck and hope they continue with the game

I've played this game before. I've played this game before many times under different names on different engines. So my questions are, what does this game do that is different from the others? What makes this stand out from the rest? Why should I play this game instead of any of the others? The answers are nothing, nada, and you shouldn't right now. I can only say that this game brings nothing new to the table for the brothel management genre. Even the feminization aspect has been done before. In terms of mechanics it's practically identical to the others - you train girls (or men) by clicking the obedience button in the character menu and then a stat goes up. You improve your facilities with money which lets you earn more money. You can also use this money to improve the girls with bigger breasts, butt, or whatever but so what? I've done all this before. Media is mostly fine. It's real porn and the selection is okay. I like the addition of JAVs but there's a lot of stuff that just isn't fleshed out. Story or lack of it - you hit new game and you're plopped into the main brothel management menu with one girl and an assistant and a rent that for some reason increases every month. Why does it increase? Is it inflation? Is it because of a debt? I don't know. Where did you get the girl and the assistant? How did you start and why did you start a brothel with a lab? I don't know. The rest of the writing is okay, as Lazuli mentions - it's not Shakespeare but there's just not really enough of it. They haven't fleshed out the world at all and many events aren't even written. There are notes to what is supposed to happen but... eh. The notes are not useful for players. If I could make a suggestion to the dev (who probably won't read this or take it to heart) is to come up with a gimmick that will make your game stand out from the crowd. Right now, it's fine as a framework but it's not going to go anywhere like this.

On the one hand, this has a lot of potential...but I try and avoid reviewing purely on potential. The management aspect of this is well thought out and I think the sissification of both the NPC's and the PC are both well handled. There really needs to be be better pacing, however, as well as more clear indications on how you might progress your own sissification.

Great start to the game and would love to see more images / videos. The concept is interesting, can't wait to see more, especially for bdsm content since this is slut manager. Will also be cool to be able to see the changes in characters for clothings or if you get items for them.

I don't usually write bad reviews, but I suppose I have to be fair. As it stands, this game is hardly playable. It's kinda hard to know what to do, almost every mechanic lacks polishing, there are not nearly enough events to keep you entertained for more than 10 minutes and some things are kind of rushed in my opinion(getting fucked with no option to refuse while at 0 feminization). I suppose it is in very early stages of development, and I really dislike the idea of trashing something before it was properly born, so I'll come back and change this once things evolve a bit. One suggestion for the dev might be: adding more events with sounds might make the whole experience a lot better(sound is really important in porn) and making choices avaliable to the player about the character's behaviour and actions will make them relate and therefore "feel" the events of the game. Of possible 5 stars, I decided to rate it 2 because, even though I did not enjoy playing the game, I believe it has a good concept behind it, as whoremaker did likewise. I'm familiar with unity and coding, so if the developer(s) end up reading this review, I would really like helping fill the game up with content, for free. Giving the game an unique title, a visual identity and an appealing "front page" would be awesome to help the project make some profit, and therefore make it sustainable. I hope things work!
