Struggle Simulator is a 2D RPG Maker survival escape game by nomaaaaa, built for the Struggle concept and presented with multiple protagonists. You play characters trying to escape from Pred's extremely strong stomach, balancing digestion and survival. The overview frames the experience as either a focused attempt to get out or a pointless struggle that cannot be avoided, with a scat option that can be turned off. It includes female domination and male domination themes.
The current build is v1.20.8, dated May 9, 2026, and is still in development. It runs on Windows in English and is uncensored. The v1.20.8 build follows v1.19, which added pred scenes for a sitting player and a female player, plus a dog scat scene, then fixed art and difficulty issues. Earlier versions added new twin fetish content, a Black Jack mini game, a city dog, a rabbit prey, a witch for the jogging pred, new story scenes, a card RPG, new books, belly and swallow struggle diaper fetishes, a retouch of swallow struggle, a trap pred small potion scene, small potion scenes with twins, and collaboration art by MagChan.
