About Tentacle Cave Blackout
Tentacle Cave Blackout, by Drabel in Unreal Engine, is a 2D animated horizontal adventure with puzzle and combat elements. You play a woman whose planned rest is interrupted when the lights go out, sending her into a cave full of creatures to restore power while resisting desire. Gameplay is straightforward, focusing on fighting enemies with different weapons, solving environmental puzzles to progress, and exploring atmospheric scenery.
Current build is v0.21 Deluxe, released February 6, 2025, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows and Linux in English and is uncensored. The latest changelog adds Neko girl, Neko girl naked, Pink, and Blue skins, improves default sprites and crawling animation, adjusts menu button colors and background, and refines several other visual details.
