Village Adventurer is a fantasy adult visual novel from Duck's House, built in Ren'Py with 2D CG artwork and animated scenes. You play Amelie, a retired adventurer who returns to her hometown after incidents, then takes a barmaid job when money runs low. The city has changed, and she begins changing too; the story asks whether she will embrace new temptations or return to adventuring.
The current build is v0.4, released May 30, 2025, and development appears ongoing. It runs on Windows and Linux in English and is uncensored. The latest changelog adds two major events, new clothing, several new CGs, about eight new animations, and extra text lines. It also overhauls some characters and the entire interface. Its structure leans on sandbox choices, quests, and a corruption theme.
