Wilder: Ran's Story is a Ren'Py visual novel by Sonnet009games, presented with 2D computer graphics in a fantasy setting. You play a sheltered young woman, the niece of an important nobleman, whose world has never been challenged by her own experience. The story follows Ran, an albino djinn taken from the desert and forced into slavery under human rule. Because he is both valuable and dangerous, his presence brings tension, and the game explores whether someone from each side of that divide can build a relationship despite their different lives. It is a romance-focused visual novel with multiple endings.

In a world where djinn are slaves and humans their masters, can two souls drawn together from opposite sides of the divide truly find happiness? Can they find freedom? Ran was found wandering the desert, and brought to human civilization to begin his new life as a slave. As an albino djinn, he is incredibly valuable. As a half-wild rebel, he is extremely dangerous. You are the niece of an important nobleman and have lived a sheltered existence. Your whole life, you have never truly questioned the way things are.
