About Zombieland

Zombieland is a Ren'Py visual novel created by UMN, with animated 3D CG artwork. You play a male protagonist in a post-apocalyptic world where a 2020 virus has wiped out most of humanity and left zombies everywhere. The story frames survival as a kind of twisted freedom, using horror and cheating among its adult themes while exploring dark fantasies and questionable choices. It is presented as a passion-driven project rather than a large-budget production, and it aims to show what might really happen after an apocalypse.

The current build is v0.6, released on June 9, 2025, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows, Mac, and Linux, supports English and Spanish, and is uncensored. The latest changelog lists the initial zone release, so this update adds the first zone.

Zombieland *A visual novel packed with sex, "100% apocalypse-legal" substances, dark fantasies, and more zombies than you can shake a severed limb at - made with more passion than budget.* In 2020, a mysterious virus appeared worldwide, wiping out most of humanity and bringing us the much-anticipated "zombie apocalypse" â ï¸ð. Now in this post-apocalyptic world, people have gained what they call "true freedom." This game aims to show an alternate reality where we'll see what would really happen in a zombie apocalypse - unafraid to showcase humanity's worst perversions and decisions.
