Cabin Fear is a short adult horror puzzle game made by DankDevGames in Unity. You play as a lone girl trapped in a remote woods location, where she must solve puzzles, deal with locked doors, and avoid a stalking slasher while trying to escape. It uses animated 3D visuals and a sandbox-style setup, with NSFW content and no censorship.
The current build is v1.0.1, an updated demo originally released April 17, 2025 and patched July 28, 2025, so development is ongoing. It runs on Windows in English. The latest update added a changelog, achievements, unlockable player skins, damage visuals on the player, unlockable scenes with a scene viewer, improved death visuals, and a code screen for extra content. It also fixed blood clipping and improved feedback for an item.
