v1.18 Very fun, can't wait for more content. way more than game play than examinations. You can abduct them and milk them in the basement, start a modeling agency, even sell pictures for money. Improve your relationship to dress them up and have more options.

Version Reviewed: v1.18 Overview: Lets play doctor. Story: In one of the most unnecessary uses of Isekai ever the MC wakes up in a small village with no memory of anything and while he is being examined at the clinic decides that there are a bunch of cute girls he passed in town that he'd like to see naked so he starts pretending to be a doctor. That's it for the MC, but some of the characters have side stories that you can also explore, but never very far. Gameplay: You are given a quick tutorial on how things work at the most basic level and are then dropped into the game. But you've played these sorts of things hundreds of times before and it's pretty obvious how it works. You need to build up the girl's trust in you and their compliance by repeatedly "examining" them and continue to push for lewder and lewder options each time to corrupt them further. Except that's not how this game works at all. There is no stat saving, every time you meet a girl it's like the first time. The way you actually play is to shove 4 or 5 chocolate bars down their throat and then they'll do anything you want. That's it. There is a tongue depressor that you might thing is used for people who get turned on by people sticking out their tongue, but nope, it does nothing. Same with the Otoscope. Some of the tools like the Thermometer have exactly 1 use, and you can miss it. There are a couple of minigames that are equally underbaked. The most straightforward is an "internal medicine" minigame where you drag a dot through a maze and get a price depending on how far you made it. The other is a very grindy oppositional photoshoot thing where you grind stats very slowly at first but much faster later. This can be a big moneymaker once you get to the part of the game where money doesn't matter anymore. This game is weird because there is an AI player that is grinding the same stats and will sometimes steal your followers, but the AI also does lots of useless actions. Annoyingly the AI plays even on days when you don't so if you miss a couple of days it will build a seemingly insurmountable lead, especially as the gains skyrocket. Here's the thing though, the opponent doesn't matter at all. The only thing they can do to you is steal followers, and the followers don't do anything. Everything depends on your stats. The stats also cap out, no longer increasing once you hit 1000. The AI doesn't understand this and constantly attempts to raise the stats anyway. Your useless followers also capt out at 25,000. You can unlock two girls. So what is the point of this? Well, it grinds a LOT of cash pretty quickly (and no annoying precision mouse movement), but you very quickly run out of things to buy. As for other game elements. There is a barebones dating sim with exactly 1 girl. A basement sex/milk dungon where you can hook the girls (and guys!) up to milking machines forever and also click a button to get a still image and some repetitive text about either Vaginal or Anal sex. Guys only have an Anal option. You can also sell the milk, but again by the time you're doing this money is useless. There is a college location that you eventually unlock that has a library and a cafeteria you can visit. Nothing ever happens at any of those locations as far as I can tell. Art: It's cute enough. Not highly detailed but pleasant to look at. Conclusion: I wanted to like this more, but it's just too underbaked. Maybe in a few more versions it will be fleshed out more and feel less like a tech demo. I would like to see the examination content finished before more focus is put on adding even more minigames at least. Also, the scheduling for the appointments often leaves many empty days on the calendar that you have to skip through or just use to grind cash or photography points.

The game is broken. It doesn't have a tutorial, it doesn't have many mechanics, but that can be worked around. The problem is that after 2003, people no longer appear in the game to consult. Not to mention the model minigame, which makes no sense at all. I can see where the creator is going with this, but with this bug, no tutorial (or a basic explanation of what does what) and the few mechanics makes the game less fun than it should be. I still think it can be a 5-star, but it will have a lot of work ahead.

this game could be a hidden gem, like imperial gatekeeper and such. playing into that power fantasy. but unfortunately i have to give a neutral none score review, as its broken. the core system doesnt work, and therefore after a certain point your game breaks. which means you no longer get any patients. once thats fixed, ill replay and edit this review
