Haunted Inheritance is a short text-based adult adventure from AltrisDynam, built in HTML. You play a man who learns that his estranged grandfather has died and left him an old, abandoned house. The story begins the night he visits the property for the first time and meets a strange woman living there. The tale focuses on the home’s past and the woman connected to it, with different endings depending on the path you take. It mixes horror, paranormal, and adventure elements, using AI CG art.
The current build is v0.20, released on November 22, 2024. Development is ongoing. It runs on Windows, Linux, and Mac, and is available in English. The game is uncensored. The latest changelog lists a new build and new art, along with two endings and four to-be-continued additions.
Developer's description
You play the role of a man that recently was informed his estranged grandfather passed away and left his old abandoned home to you. The story starts on the night you decide to visit the property for the first time and come across a strange woman. Short story revolving around story of the home itself and the strange woman that resides there with different endings based on the path you take.
