About Macabre Hall

Macabre Hall is an adult survival horror adventure made with Unity by TheDuceDev. You play a man who wakes in an abandoned hospital after a long coma, surrounded by darkness and hostile female creatures. The first-person 3D experience asks you to find a way out while managing stamina and solving puzzles. Its themes include horror, adventure, and a male protagonist.

The current build is v0.2.0, released April 5, 2024, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows and Android, is uncensored, and offers English, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, and Ukrainian. The latest update added a gallery, level selection, an app icon, six new languages, and higher stamina, while removing the Clear Data button and optimizing files.

Developer's description

You were in coma for many years (I didn't count how many). You lived your happy live in your dream until... [DATA LOST] You woke up in your hospital bed, it was abandoned. There's only darkness, perverted monsters and you. Escape as soon as possible if you don't wanna get "FUN" with them. Macabre Hall is a First-Person 3D Adult Survival Horror game. Find the exit while avoiding the perverted girls. Don't forget to save your stamina, because your lungs are worse than lungs of professional smoker. Solve 999 IQ puzzles. I guess that's enough information to save your life and virginity
