Occultus: The Craving

Well written continuation of the Occultus series. The graphics are even better than previous games, but the main thing is that this developer knows how to write a genuinely good story. Obviously people like what they like, but it a shame that this developer doesn't get more attention, they really do deserve it. Luckily the developer regularly updates this game and unlike other developers has a record of finishing games.

Very engaging storyline in this sequel to the original Occultus game. As in the first game the worldbulding, the characters and the story are all very strong points in Occultus The Craving. Without entering into spoilers zone: Malady is back after 2 years to investigate a mystery inside the vampire community that will put her in the middle of some very ancient and powerful figures. Definitely recommended to anyone who likes (vampire) games with a heavy focus in the story and characters.

I wanted to give this VN a start in the ratings. It's an interesting start. The art is very good imho. The MC is sexy and (at the start) not a pushover. It is a VN with a lot o promise, and having played the Dev's first 2 vampire VNs, it should be very good. Each to their own, huh? The story; for me, is captivating. I would love to see Malady have a number of routes this time, but hey thats my kink, being corrupted (choice) either by a female vampire dom or male version. Again, each to their own. But also a (at least) 3rd route where she cleverly navigates through the obstacles and retains her integrity. 4/5 so far... we shall see, we shall see...
