Pill Defenders, by BananaStroke in Unity, is a fast-paced 2D animated top-down auto-shooter. You play a tiny contraceptive hero defending against waves of sperm enemies trying to impregnate a user. The setting is a science-fiction premise from laboratories of tomorrow. Defeated invaders drop DNA, which you spend between waves on new weapons, upgrades, and stronger builds.
The current build is v0.6, released June 5, 2026, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows and Android, with English, German, French, Italian, Portuguese-Brazil, Spanish, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Polish, and Russian. The game is uncensored. The latest listed changelog, v0.5, added a sex scene for the blond girl, revised the thumbnail, and introduced a low chance for enemies to drop mutagens.
