About Sexy Pixel Dungeon
Sexy Pixel Dungeon is an adult-oriented modification by AlfaKipps, based on Shattered Pixel Dungeon 3.3.8. It is a 2D CG fantasy RPG that retains the original dungeon-crawling loop while adding a WooHoo system, new items, achievements, and a Tiefling hero. Players control a hero who can use WooHoo on suitable sleeping enemies, and the feature is available to every hero, not only the Tiefling. If an enemy is already asleep and the hero reaches them without waking it, WooHoo can begin at once, making stealth and careful movement more useful. The engine is listed as Others.
The current build is v0.9, released on October 3, 2026. Development is ongoing, as the overview mentions a 0.8 Playtest and the v0.9 changelog notes an initial zone release. The game runs on Windows and Android, is in English, and is uncensored.
Developer's description
Sexy Pixel Dungeon A Shattered Pixel Dungeon Modification Sexy Pixel Dungeon is a major modification of Shattered Pixel Dungeon 3.3.8 that keeps the core gameplay of the original while adding a brand-new WooHoo system, new items, achievements, and a completely new playable hero: the Tiefling. Current version: 0.8 Playtest WooHoo The biggest new feature in Sexy Pixel Dungeon is WooHoo. And most importantly, WooHoo is available to every hero, not just the Tiefling. WooHoo can be used on suitable sleeping enemies. Special StealthSleep effects are not always required either: if an enemy is naturally asleep and your hero manages to approach without waking them up, WooHoo can be activated immediately. This makes stealth and careful movement much more valuable, especially for heroes and builds that are good at sneaking up on enemies.
