About Side Effects: Relapse
Side Effects: Relapse is an adult Ren'Py visual novel by KingCrescente, using 2D CG and AI CG art. It follows a narrator and a woman who grew rapidly after a fertility supplement, then continues nine days later as her appetite, milk production, and body changes resist the pills meant to limit her size. The story picks up after Act I, where a forum ad led to a drink, sudden belly growth, and questions neither of them can ignore. Its themes include pregnancy, transformation, and lactation, with full sound design.
The current build is Act II, released on April 1, 2026, and marked as a full release. It is available on Windows, Linux, Mac, and browser in English, with no censorship. The latest changelog entries are v1.0 full releases for Act II and Act I.
