Game description

Summoned into a forgotten underground sanctuary, Maou discovers that he carries the soul of a fallen Demon King. With Ivia at his side, he begins rebuilding a ruined dungeon, gathering companions and confronting the powers that control the world above. Throne Beneath combines an anime-style visual novel with dungeon management and side-scrolling action combat. Build and develop your base, recruit heroes, strengthen your defenses and lead a party into Conquest. Between battles, get to know your companions through character lore, relationships and character stories.

v0.31 - First Public build. - Packaged the latest installed bug fixes and sprite animation improvements. - Smoothed transitions between Assault waves. - Replaced Maou's backflip dodge with a short backward hop. Dodging grants 1 second of damage immunity and has an 8-second cooldown; new poses are included for the playable heroes. Current demo content: - Five Chapter 1 Conquest missions, with Assault, Rescue, Defend, Escort and Boss objectives. - Thirteen Main Story episodes, plus available lore and character content. - Base building, resource production and storage, research, hero progression and base defense. - Main / Sub hero party selection and Normal, Hard and Challenge difficulties.
