Disparity is an adult visual novel made by LoneSight with Ren'Py and 3D rendered animated visuals. Its setting is a dystopian world split between the poor Wastelands and the wealthy Capital, where the elite enjoy advanced technology and luxury while movement between the zones is rare and highly desired. You play a man who has just entered the Capital from the Wastelands, and the story follows his arrival in this opulent new environment. The game presents themes of dystopian setting, female domination, and humiliation.
The current build is v0.1, an initial release dated July 23, 2024, and remains an early version. It runs on Windows, Linux, and Mac, is available in English, and is uncensored. The v0.1 changelog lists only the initial release, which introduces the opening premise and the first available content.
Developer's description
The world is divided into two starkly contrasting zones. The Wastelands, marked by extreme poverty and daily struggles for survival, lack basic necessities. In contrast, the Capital is a haven of luxury, wealth, and advanced technology, offering every comfort imaginable. The disparity between these zones is vast, with the elite in the Capital living in opulence. Transitioning from the Wastelands to the Capital is rare and highly coveted. The story follows a man who has just made the transition, stepping into the lavish world of the Capital.
